Beginning Adult Beading Workshop
Design and create your own necklace. This class will take you through selecting your materials, identifying different types of beads, types of clasps, adding a clasp, use of crimp beads, and how to use a bead board, use of color and symmetry in jewelry, designing and stringing your project and finishing your project. All students will leave with a finished necklace. Tools will be supplied. Beads are not included.

Sweat & Grind - Burlesque Style
Have some fun while releasing your inner bombshell. Come join us and let Sugar Cyanide teach you some moves that will both entice your partner and burns some calories. Sugar is a talented Burlesque dancer who has performed in the St Louis area. She will conduct a workshop that will include enough hip shaking, shimmy, bumping and floor work to get your heart-pumping. Learn amazing sexy burlesque moves including bumps, grinds, shimmies, and chair dancing, along with hip, shoulder, and other body isolations that will tone your torso. You will firm your muscles and may find some that you did not know you had! Please dress in dance or yoga apparel; fitted shirts or tank tops, leggings or yoga pants. You are also welcome to bring any burlesque type costumes you are looking for help or feedback on or to practice in. This class is twice as much fun if you bring a friend!

Reiki Level One
Reiki is a universal ancient healing rediscovered by Mikao Usui in the late 1800’s. It is gentle energy that heals mind, body and spirit, and can be used to complement convention therapy to help people suffering from various medical & psychological problems. We pass on to you this wonderful, healing art. We invite you to learn this ancient technique by joining us for a 2-4 hour training/sharing session. Reiki does not take years of practice, it is simply channeled by the Reiki Master during an attunement process to the student. The Reiki attunement is a powerful spiritual experience. The attunement can also increase psychic sensitivity. Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. One attunement is needed for each level.

Natural Hair care Workshop
This class is designed to assist with the care of the fragile nature of curly and kinky hair. This care is perfect for men and woman of all nationalities who want to learn more about how to care for their or their children’s locks. This class will advise about natural oils, and moisturizers. The instructor will give students advice on how to read labels so they can buy commercial products (i.e. shampoo, conditioners that will not dry or damage the hair. There will be an open discussion where hints and tips to care for the hair will be shared. During the class, information and experiences on how to go “natural” from chemical such as relaxers, hair dyes and perms.
Thai Yoga Therapy
Thai Yoga is a healing modality that has been practiced in Thailand for centuries and is gaining popularity in the West. Combining acupressure, meridian work and yoga-like stretching, it is different many other Western forms of body work. Thai Yoga Massage stimulates and balances the flow of healing energy within the body, opening the areas which are blocked bringing the person deeper into balance and harmony for health, happiness and wellness of being. This therapy is awesome for clients of all ages and abilities to aid and increase flexibility, range of motion and muscular strength. This is a great class for couples. Wear comfortable clothes.

Children Beading Workshop Design and create an unique jewelry project. This class will take children from age 4+ through simple steps to make their own jewelry design. They will get to chose their own beads, string them, work with symmetry in jewelry, designing and finishing the project. All students will leave with a finish project. Tools will be supplied. Beads are not included.
